Last updated: March 4, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Framer Exporter ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated independently and has no affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with Framer B.V., Framer.com, or any related entities.
2. Description of the Service
Framer Exporter is a tool that allows users to export content from sites created on the Framer platform into static HTML files. The Service only processes content that you voluntarily provide through your site's URL or slug.
3. Intellectual Property and Rights to Content
3.1 Your Responsibility
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you request to export. This includes, but is not limited to: (a) being the owner or having adequate license to all content (text, images, fonts, graphics, code); (b) having obtained necessary consents from third parties; (c) that the content does not violate intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights.
3.2 Compliance with Third-Party Terms
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and export of your content comply with Framer's Terms of Service, its Acceptable Use Policy, and any other agreements you have with third parties. Framer Exporter does not guarantee, endorse, or verify compliance of your use with Framer's or any other platform's terms.
3.3 Responsibility for Copy and Use of Exported Files
Responsibility for the copying, storage, use, and disclosure of all files obtained through the Service (including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, and other assets exported from Framer sites) is exclusively yours. You represent that you have rights to all content you export: that it was created by you, that you hold the necessary rights, or that you have a license or authorization to use and download such content. Framer Exporter only provides a technical tool; it does not verify or guarantee ownership or licensing of exported content.
3.4 No Affiliation
Framer Exporter is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed, or in any way officially connected with Framer B.V. or Framer.com. All trademarks and product names are the property of their respective owners. Use of the name "Framer" is for descriptive purposes only, indicating compatibility with sites hosted on the Framer platform.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
4.1 "As Is"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL WORK WITH ALL FRAMER SITES, THAT EXPORTS WILL BE IDENTICAL TO THE ORIGINAL, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE.
4.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRAMER EXPORTER, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Framer Exporter, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content you export or use; (c) breach of these Terms; (d) violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property; (e) claims that you did not have rights to the exported content.
6. Copyright and DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content processed through our Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing: (1) identification of the protected work; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a good-faith statement; (5) a statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury; (6) physical or electronic signature. Send to: noreply@framerexporter.com.
If we receive a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material in question and notify the user. Users who submit false counter-notices may be subject to legal liability.
7. Refunds
One-time exports: refund available within 14 days of purchase upon request. Subscriptions: proportional refund for the unused period if requested within 7 days of renewal. To request a refund, contact us via the support email.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Provisions on intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Brasil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of [sua cidade], to the exclusion of any other. If you are located outside Brazil, additional provisions may apply to your jurisdiction.
10. Changes
